Founded in 2011, IN•N•OUT™ Self-Service Dog Wash & Full-Service Grooming Salon was built on a vision to provide high-quality, affordable pet care in a clean, convenient, and stress-free environment.

Originally established by Mike Kelly with the opening of our first location in Garwood, NJ, IN•N-OUT™ has opened a second location in Colonia, NJ, serving pet owners throughout New Jersey.

Today, Mike is joined by Joe Pierson as co-owner and partner. Together, they combine industry expertise and strong business leadership to deliver exceptional service. With a team of caring groomers and bathers, we ensure every pet leaves happy and clean—and every owner leaves confident they received top-quality care.
